Your data stays in your Azure subscription. We never see or store it.

Optymate processes the following data within your own Azure subscription:
User data: First name, last name, email address (UPN), and team assignment of users imported from your Microsoft Entra ID tenant for managing accounts in customer tenants.
Tenant data: Tenant ID, tenant name, and friendly name of customer tenants you onboard and manage.
Credentials: App registration certificates are stored in Azure Key Vault within your subscription. Generated passwords are transmitted via email and are not stored.
All data is stored within your own Azure subscription in the region you selected during deployment. Optymate uses Azure SQL Database and Azure Key Vault. As the publisher, we do not have access to your data at rest.
Optymate does not share your data with third parties. The application communicates only with Microsoft Graph API to manage your customer tenants. No personal data is transmitted to us or any third party.
Data is retained in your Azure SQL Database for as long as you use the application. When you delete the Managed Application from your Azure subscription, all data is removed with the managed resource group.
Since all data resides in your own Azure subscription, you have full control over your data at all times. You can access, export, modify, or delete any data through the application or directly through the Azure SQL Database. Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and data portability.
Optymate uses Azure Managed Identity for authentication, Key Vault for certificate storage, and encrypted connections (TLS) for all data in transit. The application runs in an isolated Container App environment within your subscription.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
